Below you will find the wording of the information notice and of the consents we collect in PaidFor.io forms. Marketing consents and other consent-based consents are voluntary, and their absence does not prevent you from using the basic features of the Service.
1GDPR Information Notice (Short Form)
The controller of your data is MKT360, ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warszawa, NIP 7981453169, e-mail: kontakt@paidfor.io. We process data in order to provide the Service's services and to handle registration and the Waitlist, and — with your consent — also for marketing purposes and to verify engagement. The legal bases, retention periods and the full scope of your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the relevant features.
2Consent — User Registration
"I declare that I have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and that I accept their content. I acknowledge that the reward depends on completing an overt task — never on a positive opinion, a meeting or a purchase."
3Consent — Company Submission
"I declare that I am authorised to represent the company being submitted and that I have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and accept their content. I acknowledge that PaidFor.io pays solely for attention devoted and the completion of an overt task, not for a positive opinion or a sale."
4Marketing Consent (Voluntary)
"I consent to receiving from MKT360 (PaidFor.io) commercial and marketing information concerning the Service's services at the e-mail address provided, in accordance with Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej). I may withdraw this consent at any time."
5Camera During Sessions (No Recording)
During certain Sessions, the webcam serves solely to confirm presence and identity in real time. The camera feed is not recorded, captured or stored, is not shared with the Company and is not subject to biometric analysis. Before you accept an Invitation, we inform you whether the Session uses the camera; refusal to consent to its use may prevent participation in a given Session.

6Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw any consent at any time — by writing to kontakt@paidfor.io, by clicking the unsubscribe link in an e-mail, or by changing your settings in the Service. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
